Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GFX CreatorScope ("the Service", "the App"), operated by a UK-based sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). 1. The Service

GFX CreatorScope is a workflow application for content creators that helps you plan, produce, publish, and analyse your content. Features include project and idea management, scripting, filming and posting schedules, thumbnail tools, analytics (including connected YouTube data), and AI-powered assistance. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us at grizzlycreatorscope@grizzlyfx.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of laws or third-party rights;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
• or reverse engineer, resell, or extract the underlying source except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and files you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant content to our AI provider to deliver AI features, as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Connected accounts (YouTube and others)

When you connect a third-party account such as YouTube, you authorise us to access the data needed to provide the related features. Your use of connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms. You can disconnect a connected account at any time in Settings.

6. AI features

AI-generated outputs (content health scores, critiques, suggestions) are provided for guidance only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated output. We do not guarantee any particular results.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time; where reasonable, we will give notice of significant changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided without warranties of any kind;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill;
• nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (content licences already granted, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
